The Ordering Process for Custom EVA Marine Flooring
By following the steps below, you can move swiftly from your initial consultation to the completion of your EVA marine flooring installation. At every stage, we provide clear guidance and prompt feedback, making it easy to keep track of your projects.
Step 1: Send us a request
Please let us know your boat type
Please let us know your boat type (brand, model, size), tell us the EVA foam boat flooring color, patterns you prefer, and the area you need to cover with EVA foam boat carpet.
You can select the EVA foam boat flooring color here.
Do not forget about the logo or words if you want to customise.
We will respond ASAP to confirm whether any further dimensions, drawings, or special requirements (e.g., hatches, swim platforms, stair treads, etc.) are needed.

↓
Step 2: Send us the Hand-drawn Template
Make a template
If the solution draft is accepted, you can send us a hand-drawn template on plastic foil.
Please highlight key details such as hatches, gaps, fillets, and cut-outs to help us accurately divide each EVA panel during the subsequent design phase, thereby reducing on-site cutting and rework.

↓
Step 3: Confirm Solution
Confirm the design and solution
Our design team will create a CAD layout for the foam decking based on your template and requirements, specifying the orientation, sectioning, grain pattern, logo, and colour for each EVA foam pad mat.
At the same time, we will send you a detailed quotation and estimated delivery date by email, including specifications such as material thickness, hardness, and adhesive brand, as well as prices.

↓
Step 4: EVA Foam Boat Flooring Production
Smooth Production
Once the design artwork and order are confirmed, the order proceeds to production. Using precision CNC cutting, chamfering, and surface brushing techniques, each EVA foam sheet is machined strictly in accordance with the CAD drawings and undergoes dimensional and visual inspections to ensure it is ready for installation upon delivery.

↓
Step 5: Packing and Shipping
Worldwide shipping
Once quality inspection has been completed, each EVA sheet is numbered by section, sorted, and packed safely. We support a range of international logistics options, including air shipping, train, or sea freight, to ensure safe delivery to your warehouse or port.
The product comes with detailed installation instructions and links to instructional videos, covering steps such as substrate preparation, dry-lay fitting, film removal and bonding, and compaction and curing.

FAQ & Tips Before Placing Orders
The following information will help you process your EVA foam boat flooring order more efficiently and plan your delivery and installation schedules effectively.
Tips to make a foil template
It is easier to trace the lines using a clear plastic foil sheet(preferred) or thick kraft paper; try to keep the foil sheet flat and avoid creases. Use a thick black marker to trace the lines along the edges of the deck, hatches and openings, and label each template with the front/rear and left/right directions, as well as the area section numbers or names.

Information before ordering
We recommend preparing the following information in advance: the boat model and year, the deck areas to be covered, your preferred colours and textures, whether a logo is required, the planned installation date, and your address. The more complete the information you provide, the closer our CAD design and quotation will be to the final result.
Production time and delivery time
Once the design has been approved and the deposit received, the standard production lead time is about 7–10 days; this may be extended slightly during peak seasons or for large-volume OEM orders. International air freight takes about 5-7 days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the season.
